About Wildcard
Wildcard creates the most personalized 1:1 marketing campaigns on the planet.
We work with the best enterprise ABM teams to revolutionize how companies engage with hard-to-reach executives through direct mail. Our AI-powered platform enables us to hyper-personalize our campaigns, combining deep research with creative execution to achieve the impossible: landing sales meetings that transform businesses.
Founded by entrepreneurs who built and sold a venture-backed startup (raising >$25M from investors like Greylock and Michael Ovitz), we've grown revenue 5x over the last 12 months.
About the Role
We spend weeks, or months, preparing what is likely the most meaningful and personal piece of marketing a contact will ever receive. It only works if they actually receive it. Through a corporate mailroom in Chicago. Through customs in Lithuania. Or down the street at a high-rise in West Hollywood.
We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator who understands that none of the creativity, none of the craft, none of the research matters if the box never makes it into the hands of the contact. You'll be ruthlessly following up and coordinating to make that work happen. You'll talk your way past gatekeepers. You'll find a delivery driver in a city you've never been to. And when a package hits a wall, you'll solve it.
On top of that, you'll run point on our robust internal AI agent system that finds addresses and flags delivery risks before anything ships. Your real-world wins and losses will make those agents smarter every week.
This is an entry-level role for someone who gets a genuine rush from making things happen that other people would give up on. If that's you, you're going to love this job.
What You'll Own
Getting packages to people. This is the job. A campaign ships. You find the best way to get it from our office in Santa Monica into the hands of one specific person, wherever they are. You pick the right courier for the right situation. You talk to drivers, dispatchers, and mailroom staff. You don't stop until someone opens a box. Solving impossible delivery problems. Customs rejected the package. The building has no reception. The recipient is traveling. The address is a co-working space with three floors and no directory. These aren't exceptions. They're Tuesday. You find a way through. Building a courier network that works for us. You'll identify the drivers, local carriers, and specialty services who actually care. You'll build real relationships with them. You'll make sure our packages get priority because they know you by name and they know you'll call if something goes wrong. Running Wildcard's address verification agent. Before anything ships, you'll use our AI tools to research addresses and spot risks. You'll validate what the agent finds. Over time, you'll feed delivery outcomes back into the system so it keeps getting better. You don't need to write code. You do need to be comfortable making AI work for you. Building the playbook. You'll document what works: which courier for which city, which approach for which address type, which problems come up most and how to solve them. Your experience becomes a system the whole team can use. You Might Be a Fit If You
You've worked in logistics, freight, shipping, or dispatch, even if it was one summer. You know how carriers operate and you're not afraid to call them. You're comfortable on the phone with strangers and you don't hang up until you get an answer. You have the mentality of an SDR. You're motivated by outcomes. A package stuck in a sorting facility at 6pm isn't a reason to wait until tomorrow. It's a reason to find the facility phone number. You use AI tools to get more done. ChatGPT, Claude, whatever. You're the kind of person who finds ways to offload repetitive work to a machine so you can focus on the hard stuff. You're resourceful. The first three solutions didn't work. You find the fourth. You build relationships naturally. Drivers, dispatchers, receptionists, customs agents. People want to help you because you treat them like humans. You're organized enough to juggle multiple live shipments without losing track, and disciplined enough to write down what you learn so it doesn't disappear. You want to be in the room. This is an in-person role in Santa Monica, five days a week, working alongside the people who research, design, and build every campaign. Startup experience is a plus. Hunger to join one is enough. What This Is Not
A tracking number job. You're not here to copy and paste statuses into a dashboard. You're here to own the outcome: the person opens the box. A siloed role. You'll work directly with production, creative, and operations leadership every day. A nine-to-five gig. Deliveries don't care about business hours and neither do we when a one-of-a-kind campaign is in the air. Details
Location: Santa Monica, CA (in-person, 5 days/week in-office) Compensation: Competitive salary & benefits Why Join Us
Your work is the difference between a campaign that lands and a campaign that doesn't. The creative team did their job. The production team did theirs. Now it's on you. When someone posts that they just received the most thoughtful thing they've ever been sent, you're part of that. You'll build a genuinely rare skillset: logistics and last-mile deliverability powered by AI, at a company building its own agents for exactly this problem. Ground floor at a company that's growing fast. Work directly with founders who've built and exited successful startups. Everyone is in the same room. Our campaigns are physical, premium, and irreplaceable. You'll hold them in your hands before they go out. You'll know exactly what's at stake. Apply Now
