Gifting Operations Coordinator

About Wildcard

Wildcard is the secret weapon for modern enterprise GTM teams. We create mind-blowing 1:1 campaigns that feel like magic and perform like it too, driving 40x more responses than cold email and outbound, with 25% converting into sales meetings.

Sales and marketing teams at companies including Ashby, Amplitude, and FERMÀT use Wildcard to land meetings with senior buyers who ignore everything else.

Every month, our team sends hundreds of completely personalized campaigns, each created for one specific person. No two are exactly alike, but every single thing that leaves our Santa Monica office is expected to meet an insanely high quality bar. That means combining creativity and craftsmanship with the operational discipline to execute hundreds of unique projects consistently and flawlessly.

Wildcard was founded by entrepreneurs who previously built and sold a venture-backed startup, raising more than $25M from investors including Greylock and Michael Ovitz. We 10x’ed in 2025 and expect to grow more than 5x in 2026.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on operator to own the last mile of Wildcard campaigns: turning creative concepts and individual components into beautifully finished, one-of-a-kind packages.

This is a highly physical, hands-on role. On any given day, you might be assembling a custom gift, handwriting a letter, printing and trimming collateral, figuring out how to package something unusual, organizing dozens of campaign components, or doing the final QA before a campaign ships.

You’ll work closely with our Campaign Coordinators to make sure every detail of the original creative vision makes it into the finished product and that everything leaving our studio meets Wildcard’s quality bar.

The right person takes real satisfaction in making things look great, keeping a workspace incredibly organized, and catching the tiny details other people miss.

This is also a great opportunity for someone who wants true hands-on experience inside a fast-growing startup. Because our product is physical, you’ll have unusually direct exposure to how it gets made, where it can improve, and what creates an incredible recipient experience. Your feedback from the production floor will help inform how the product and our processes evolve as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Production & Fulfillment

Assemble, package, and finish one-of-a-kind campaigns to a consistent, premium standard

Execute final creative details needed to bring campaigns to life

Handwrite personalized letters and notes

Catch, flag, and resolve issues before they reach a recipient

Make sure the final presentation feels thoughtful, intentional, and worthy of the idea behind it

Studio & Logistics

Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized production space

Build systems for storing and tracking materials across many simultaneous campaigns

Manage FedEx pickups and outbound shipments

Keep packaging materials, tools, printers, and production supplies stocked and ready to use

Operational Ownership

Own the last-mile workflow from Campaign Coordinator handoff through shipment

Build and improve checklists, organization systems, and production standards

Collaborate closely with Campaign Coordinators to keep campaigns moving smoothly

Identify opportunities to make our production process faster, cleaner, and more consistent as volume grows

Take ownership when something doesn’t look right and figure out how to make it better

Surface patterns, ideas, and feedback that can help improve the Wildcard product and recipient experience

Who You Are

You’re equal parts maker and operator.

You love working with physical things and probably have a history of making, building, fixing, or crafting things yourself. Maybe you’ve spent time in a maker studio, woodshop, print shop, fabrication lab, prop shop, or creative workshop. Maybe you’ve experimented with laser engraving, 3D printing, woodworking, Cricut projects, screen printing, photography, framing, model-making, ceramics, sewing, or other hands-on creative projects.

You also genuinely love gift-giving. You can look at a collection of individual pieces and immediately start to see the vision for how they could come together into something thoughtful, surprising, and really incredible. You care about the little things: the way something is wrapped, how it’s arranged in the box, what the recipient sees first, and whether the final experience feels as special as the idea behind it.

Professional experience with these tools isn’t required. We care more about having the instinct to figure out how to make something and the taste to know when the finished product feels great.

At the same time, you’re extremely detail-oriented. You notice when something is slightly crooked, when the wrong version of a letter was printed, when a package could look better, or when one component out of twenty is missing.

You enjoy both the creativity of figuring out how to make something work and the precision of making sure it’s done correctly every single time.

We’d be especially excited about someone who:

Is exceptionally detail-oriented and organized

Loves gift-giving and creating memorable physical experiences

Has a natural maker mentality and enjoys hands-on creative projects

Has a strong eye for presentation and can see the vision for making something look incredible

Takes pride in craftsmanship and presentation quality

Enjoys solving physical, practical problems

Is comfortable learning new tools, equipment, and production techniques

Can manage many small details without losing track of the bigger picture

Is reliable, calm, and methodical in a fast-moving environment

Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Is comfortable working on their feet and with their hands throughout the day

Thrives in an environment where processes are constantly improving

Wants exposure to how an early-stage company and product are actually built

Communicates clearly and works well with a highly collaborative team
