Founded by entrepreneurs who built and sold a venture-backed startup (raising >$25M from investors like Greylock and Michael Ovitz), we’ve grown revenue 5x over the last 12 months.

We're hiring a Head of Operations to plug into an already humming system and own the full lifecycle of our campaigns from the moment a campaign is approved to the moment it lands in front of the prospect. You'll oversee day-to-day campaign operations, hold our team’s quality bar high, and build the systems that enable us to scale up our volume dramatically without losing the magic of our personalized campaigns.

This is a mission-critical, high visibility role and you’ll be reporting directly to one of the cofounders.

What you'll own:

Leading our Campaign Production & Last Mile Teams:

Oversee the day-to-day operations and execution of 100s of highly unique 1:1 direct mail campaigns.
Manage a team of campaign and operations coordinators through 1:1s, weekly syncs, and day-to-day coaching. The team is currently ~5 - we envision it growing to ~15 by the end of the year.
Maintain our incredibly high quality bar for every single campaign that goes out the door
Handle escalations when operational challenges come up with specific campaigns.
Monitor team pacing and output against weekly send targets per client
Jump in and manage campaigns yourself when needed.

Operational Systems & Scale:

Systems & Processes: Refine our day-to-day operational process to help the team move quicker. You’ll build up the infrastructure of how we operate through new processes and playbooks that increase our campaign throughput over 3x this year while maintaining the personal touches that make our campaigns work.
The Physical: We send physical gifts of all different sizes to all different places. You’ll spend your time evaluating and optimizing our physical space to leverage in-house customizations, streamline campaign workflows, and organize the logistics of sending multiple unique packages out the door every single day.
Vendor Network: We partner closely with a variety of couriers for delivery and merchandise partners for sourcing and product customization. You’ll partner with these external parties to increase our leverage and gifting capabilities.
Scaling with Product: You will partner closely with our product/engineering team to build automation across QA, client approvals, deliveries, and team workflows.
Throughput: You’re a leverage builder. You will figure out what this operation needs to look like to handle 3x the volume, and you’ll build it.

What we're looking for:

You’ve spent 5+ years managing high-output operations or creative teams.
You leverage AI in virtually everything you touch. You’re ready and able to build workflows and systems that make the team more efficient.
You have taste and an insanely high quality bar.
You're obsessed with the final deliverable. You care what the box looks like when it arrives. You care what it feels like to open it. You hold that standard for everyone on the team.
You're not afraid to get in the weeds. Procurement, last-mile logistics, vendor relationships, you'll roll up your sleeves when it matters.
You're a systems thinker. Repetitive work bothers you. You fix it instead of tolerating it.
Background in leading creative ops, gifting, e-commerce, or anywhere that combines high craft with operational rigor.

What this is not:

A coordination role. We don't need someone to track tasks in a spreadsheet and run standup. We need someone who owns an outcome: memorable campaigns that create genuine connections and drive sales meetings.
